No arrests made after teen shot in east Toledo

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Toledo police are investigating after a teen was shot over the weekend in east Toledo.

Around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, the teen was found laying on the corner of Caledonia and Whittemore when police and fire crews arrived.

Detectives say the victim was alert and talking while he was being transported to the hospital.

Neighbors say the victim is just 16 years old.
