    The Tucson Police Department is investigating a homicide on the east side near 22nd and Pantano, according to Sgt. Kim Bay, spokeswoman with Tucson Police Department.

    The Tucson Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating two suspects in a Sunday, June 25 assault turned homicide investigation. According to a TPD release, an assault turned deadly at the Venom nightclub at 1104 South Craycroft Road.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A Pima County Sheriff's Department deputy was involved in an accident that closed down a street on the northeast side, late Sunday evening.

The incident happened on southbound Sabino Canyon Rd. near Arrowhead Dr.  Travel was down to one lane as PCSD officials investigated the collision.  According to PCSD reports the deputy had been conducting a traffic stop, on the side of the road, when a second vehicle ran into the patrol vehicle pushing it toward the deputy. 

The deputy was able to move out of the way of the vehicle and was not injured, according to the PCSD release.  The suspect, in the second vehicle has been detained and charges are pending.  There is no word yet on what those charges are.  No other injuries were reported.

    According to a news release, 86-year-old Doris Jeanne Ogle was found safe by a Department of Public Safety trooper shortly before noon on Tuesday, June 27, about 3 and a half hours after she had gone missing.
