    The city of Tucson, Pima County, and the National Weather Service held a news conference Tuesday afternoon to let people know what they  could face in the next 24 to 48 hours because of the remnants of Tropical Storm Odile.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A fire in a restaurant on Tucson's east side forced the temporary evacuation of neighboring businesses while fire crews extinguished the blaze.

The fire was reported at 9:36 a.m. by the management of the restaurant in the 7000 block of East Tanque Verde Road.

Crews from the Tucson Fire Department had the fire under control 20 minutes after the fire was reported.

None of the neighboring businesses was damaged and were able to resume operations.

According to TFD, the fire originated in a stove. Damages are still being estimated.
