2 shot, 1 killed outside club in Lima

LIMA, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The Allen County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly shooting that occurred outside the H&R Lounge in Lima early Saturday morning.

Deputies were called to the club, on East 12th Street, just before 4 a.m.

They arrived to find Marcus DeWayne Simpson Jr, 19, and Devontae K. Williams, 21, both of Lima, shot.

Simpson was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Williams was transported to another area hospital where he is currently being treated for his injuries.

The cause of the shooting is unknown at this time. No arrests have been made.

Sheriff's Detectives are asking anyone with information to call the Allen County Sheriff's Office at 419-227-3535 or Crime Stoppers at 419-229-STOP (7867).

    UPDATE: As of 9:21 a.m. Sunday-- Carmelita Barreras Solis, 68, has been located safe in the area of 1600 E. Indian School Road, officials from the Phoenix Police Department said. She has been reunited with her family.
