TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

People are still cleaning up from the last round of storms that hit the south.

Officials said the system of storms killed at least 35 people since Sunday and 12 of them were in Mississippi.

That area is being hit again. In Alabama, three people were killed. 15 died in Arkansas where a massive tornado ripped through on Sunday.

A map from the National Weather Service show's the storm's tracks in blue. The purple lines show the number of deaths from Sunday's storm, and the red lines show Monday's fatalities.
