Afni will hire more than 450 front-line employees to staff new client programs and support new projects of existing clients. The new jobs are Customer Service and Sales Representatives for web chat, social media response, and inbound and outbound phone support.
English and bilingual (Spanish/English) Representatives, Trainers/Coaches, and Operation Managers are being hired to support the new projects.

The majority of new hires will be located in southeast Tucson at Afni's 7810 E. Escalante Rd. location. Afni's other two contact centers located at 5451 E. Williams Blvd. and 5320 N. La Cholla Blvd. will also be home to new programs and hires.
