    Last week Border Patrol agents seized more than $1 million in marijuana, as suspects attempted to smuggle it across the border into the U.S. In a recent release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, agents with the Ajo Station, stopped three suspected smuggling attempts on Sept. 11.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Beginning today dial-a-ride customers will have new vehicles and a new company offering service. 

Total Transit, an Arizona transportation company will start offering service to Sun Shuttle dial-a-ride passengers.  They will also be operating Sun Shuttle's fixed-route service throughout Pima County. 

The new vehicles are bright green and branded 'Discount Cab'.  Passengers will be riding in fuel efficient Toyota vehicles - the Prius and Sienna vans. 

The new service is part of a three year contract with the Regional Transportation Authority, to offer transit service to individuals with disabilities. This is part of a more than $2 billion, 20 year plan by RTA that was approved by voters in May 2006.
