TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A man is behind bars following an investigation suspecting him of taking pictures of a minor in a dressing room.

Sgt. Chris Widmer with TPD said a woman called police on April 13, accusing the man of taking pictures of her 17-year-old daughter in a dressing room at a thrift store on 22nd Street.

The daughter told police she saw a cell phone pointing down at her in the dressing room, so she left and confronted the man, Widmer said.

The suspect reportedly denied taking pictures and waited for police.

Widmer said investigators looked at store security footage and obtained information to charge the suspect, Aaron Garibay, with voyeurism.

Authorities arrested Garibay at his home on April 24.
