    The tattoo has not previously been seen widely by the public because cameras are not allowed inside Indiana courtrooms. The Indiana Office of the Courts released the photo on July 30 as part of evidence logged in by police and presented to the court by the Floyd County Prosecutor's Office.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Seasonal swimming pools in Pima County will open May 24 and will remain open through Sept. 1. (The Ajo pool will open for Memorial Day weekend, close and then reopen on May 31, for the remainder of summer.)

Pima County also offers swimming lessons which will begin June 2.  Lessons are $20 for a two week session (8 classes). Those interested should register at their local pool; classes are available for children as young as six months. Check online at http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/One.aspx?portalId=169&pageId=1587 to contact local pools for specifics and classes offered.

Registration for Sessions I (June 2 - 12) and II (June 16 - 26) opens at 7:30 a.m. Friday, May 30 and will continue through open hours (The Ajo pool swim lesson registration will begin May 31, at 7:30 a.m.). Sessions III (July 7 -17) and IV (July 21 - 31) will begin registration on Friday, June 27 at 7:30 a.m. and continue during open hours.

For those who progress in one session to the next skill level, every effort will be made to accommodate them in the next level class in the next session, according to the Pima County release.

A couple of key reminders:  

-The Manzanita Pool session IV will be Monday to Friday week 1 and Monday to Wednesday week 2, due to TUSD returning to school on July 31.

-Swim classes at the Picture Rocks pool will be free for the first 50 area residents to register, thanks to a donation from the Knights of Pythias Tucson Lodge #9, in partnership with Picture Rocks Fire District.

-If three or more lessons are canceled in any given session due to lightning or mechanical malfunction, lessons will continue past July 31.

Swim lessons at Mulcahy YMCA at Kino Community Center and Northwest YMCA-Thad Terry pools are taught through the YMCA. Please call 838-0938 at Mulcahy or 229-9006 at Thad Terry for information on swim lessons and fees.

Tucson Medical Center's Desert Kids Safety Program also offers swim classes. Registration is open now, for more information go online to www.tmcaz.com or call (520) 324-5604.

Pima County also offers a swim team, courtesy of the county's Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation Department's Novice Summer Swim Team Program.  The team is for children from 5 to 18 years of age, all pools with the exception of Thad Terry, Picture Rocks and Marana Pool (13251 N. Lon Adams Rd.) offer the program.
