TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Snapchat announced today they reached a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission over inaccurate claims about privacy when using the site.

Snapchat promises pictures and messages disappear forever after they're sent through the phone app, but the FTC said the company should have told its users there are ways to save their personal photos.
