    A Los Angeles judge has tossed out a $417 million jury award to a woman who claimed she developed ovarian cancer by using Johnson & Johnson baby powder for feminine hygiene.

    A Los Angeles judge has tossed out a $417 million jury award to a woman who claimed she developed ovarian cancer by using Johnson & Johnson baby powder for feminine hygiene.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A car accident involving an intoxicated driver ended in one death early Saturday morning, according to Tucson Police Department PIO Chris Widmer.

Jean P. Villena-Celis, 21, was driving westbound on Roger in a Dodge Charger around 2:30 a.m. He was driving at a high rate of speed and crashed into a 1991 Volkswagen 4-door, which veered off onto the shoulder on the north side of the street. The driver of the Volkswagen was identified as 63-year-old Juan Lorenzo Avila-Arce. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Villena-Celis continued westbound in his vehicle, losing control and spinning off onto the side of the road at Fremont Avenue. Officers noticed signs of intoxication and conducted a DUI investigation.

Villena-Celis was arrested and booked into Pima County Jail on charges of 2nd degree murder and criminal damage.
