(NCI), headquartered in the greater Chicago area, will appear at the SID Display Week in San Diego for its first-time in decades. To showcase its technologies and providing its new aspect of displays to audience, NCI will be holding the exhibit with its parent company, Noritake Itron Corporation founded in Ise, Japan.
The Core Technologies will be presented in public for the first time. They are its proud ingenuity that enhances ability of displays with the five aspects, including Thin Film, Thick Film, Mounting, Vacuum, and Soft & Hardware Technology. The Core Technologies are services that provide solutions for VFD and allow you to experiment with our unique Noritake technologies.

Capacitive Touch Switch is one of NCI's new technologies that will be seen at the SID show. With the very fine etched aluminum mesh key on glass, the touch switch reinforces its stability and reliability. Size, number of switches and interface can be customized to meet any requirements with LED backlight driver. In San Diego, NCI will offer an experience of its integrated touch circuit and driver to evaluate how precise it is.
EMI Shield Window is a photo-etched aluminum mesh filer, which minimizes the optical interference with adjusting the pattern up to 93%. The blacken mesh prevents the reflection for better enhanced contrast, and the optimized mesh design will allow more light to be transmitted and consistent replication from window to window. NCI will demonstrate the transmittance value to at the SID.
In addition to the new hands-on experiences at the booth, NCI will exhibit Noritake's very first invention, VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) module.
