Mike Allen is taking a stand against two more Ohio cities and their use of speed and traffic cameras, filing two new lawsuits Wednesday against the cities of West Carrollton and Trotwood, Ohio.

These lawsuits are the fourth and fifth cases handled by Michael K. Allen & Associates. They follow the filing of the March lawsuit against the city of Dayton.

Similar to the lawsuit against Dayton, these lawsuits target speed and red light cameras run by Redflex Traffic Systems.

Mike Allen's firm says that ticketed drivers can challenge citations but cannot prove if the camera system was operating properly during the time of the ticketing.

The lawsuit says the ordinances are unenforceable because they "fail to provide adequate due process to vehicle owners as guaranteed by the Ohio Constitution."
