CHICAGO, June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GO Airport Shuttle has announced the winners of its "Win a Trip to New York" social media photo contest.  They are Katlyn Gambil of St Paul, Pri Richards, of Jupiter, Fla., Michael Nirvani of Quincy, Ill., Mary Lee of Chicago, Cynthia Jackson of San Diego and Nick Chaney of Cincinnati.

The contest was sponsored by The GO Group, LLC, a consortium of airport shuttle companies serving 66 airports in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe, along with five of its operating companies.

Winners will be treated to a trip to New York for two, including airfare, hotel, double- decker bus tour, sightseeing cruise and GO shuttles to and from the airport.

Contestants were asked to post weekly photos of their home cities to social media sites using the hashtag #goairportshuttle.  Points were awarded for the number of posts, tweets and retweets.

The five regional sponsors included GO Prime Time Shuttle, Los Angeles; GO Airport Express, Chicago; GO Boston Shuttle, GO Airport Shuttle & Executive Car in Ft. Lauderdale and GO Bloomington Shuttle in Indianapolis.

Asked what they are looking forward to doing in New York, the winners had a variety of answers:

Katlyn Gamil, a self-proclaimed foodie, wants to try out new restaurants.

Pri Richards, who hasn't been to New York since she was six, is looking forward to a double-decker bus tour of the city.

Michael Nirvani, whose grandmother emigrated from what is now the Czech Republic, hopes to visit Ellis Island.

Mary Lee wants to explore Central Park.

Cynthia Jackson, who has never been to New York, says her first stop is Times Square.

Nick Chaney wants to do it all -- Central Park, Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, a Broadway Musical and either a Mets or Yankee game.

Trips are expected to be scheduled for this summer.
