COCHISE COUNTY, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Road closures continue on I-10 near Willcox this week, as part of a $7.6 million dollar repaving project.

The on and off-ramps will be closed at Taylor Road (Exit 336) on westbound I-10 through Friday, June 13 from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. while crews pave the area.

In addition, the eastbound I-10 on-ramp will be closed Thursday and Friday from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. The eastbound off-ramp to southbound US Route 191 will also shut down on Friday.

Detours will be posted along the ramps. Drivers can also take Old Stewart Road to enter and exit the freeway while Taylor Road is off limits.

Watch for lane closures and slower speeds on both sides of I-10 through August, between US Route 191 and Old Stewart Road. This work is scheduled to wind down in August.
