TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The jury splits its verdict against a former Tucson High School wrestling coach, accused of having sex with an underage girl. 

They have just come back with a guilty verdict on four counts and not guilty on three counts, all of those charges were related to sexual involvement with a child. 

Richard Ortiz was arrested two years ago, after Pima County Sheriff's deputies say they found him and a 15-year-old girl in a vehicle parked along a county road, both were partially undressed.

His sentencing date is set for August 18.
