A Los Angeles Dodgers fan was arrested for trespassing and making threats at Great American Ballpark six years after he was banned from the stadium.
Troy Sexton, 40, of Hurricane, West Virginia is facing misdemeanor criminal trespass and obstructing official business charges after being arrested Tuesday night at the Dodgers-Reds game. He is being held on $40,000 bond.
Sexton was banned from the ballpark when he was involved in a brawl when the Dodgers were in town in 2008.
He is also facing a felony count of burglary since police say he trespassed with the intention of committing a crime.
Sexton reportedly made threats that he wanted to "shatter lives" over the next couple of days in Cincinnati.
Amy Williams, a court-appointed attorney, says she will review the case.
