Make-at-homerecipe Inspired by LongHorn Steakhouse's Fire-Grilled Hawaiian Ribeye

 

¼ cup diced pimentos, drained

¼ cup diced red onions

2 cups roasted pineapple pieces, chopped

Salt to taste

4 tablespoons store-bought Hawaiian marinade

 

Roast pineapple slices in oven at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes oruntil lightly browned; allow to cool. Chop slices into smaller pieces. Mix withdiced pimentos and red onions. Add Hawaiian marinade. Add salt to taste.

 

LongHorn Steakhouse's Fire-Grilled Hawaiian Ribeye -Our boneless ribeye marinated in a sweet ginger-garlic soy sauce and grilledover an open flame. Topped with roasted pineapple compote and served withgrilled asparagus.
