    The city of Tucson, Pima County, and the National Weather Service held a news conference Tuesday afternoon to let people know what they  could face in the next 24 to 48 hours because of the remnants of Tropical Storm Odile.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Former Arizona Wildcats forward and Pac-12 Freshman of the Year Aaron Gordon was chosen by the Orlando Magic with the fourth overall pick of the NBA Draft on Thursday.

Gordon left Arizona after a standout season in which he set school freshman records with 303 rebounds and 38 games started.

He averaged 12.4 points and a team-leading eight rebounds. He notched a team-high eight double-doubles, scoring in double figures 28 times and rebounding in double figures 11 times.

He continued to excel in tournament play. He scored 16 against Weber State, 18 against Gonzaga, 15 against San Diego State and set a school NCAA Tournament record with 18 rebounds (with eight points) against Wisconsin.

Gordon came to Arizona from San Jose, CA, where he led Archbishop Mitty to its first two state championships in 2011 and 2012.
