    The puppy was spotted under a leaking tar storage container on the public property. According to the animal rescue group that posted about the situation on Facebook, it cried out for help, unable to move as one side of his body and his face were stuck in the substance.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The City of Tombstone will be hosting its sixth annual salute to the Buffalo Soldier in August. 

The event is sponsored by the Wild West Detachment, Marine Corps League, Tombstone and is taking place on August 2 and 3. 

Activities will include street entertainment beginning at 10 a.m. both days and a parade on August 2 at 11 a.m., entertainment will continue after the parade.
