Orlando, FL (KOLD) - The Orlando is set to be chalk full of Wildcats when Channing Frye joins rookie Aaron Gordon. Frye agreed to four-year-deal worth 32 million dollars with Orlando Magic. The story was first reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
Frye decided to forego the final season of his contract with the hometown Phoenix Suns, turning down a player option of 6.8 million dollars. Instead he decided to test the waters as an unrestricted free agent.
In his final season with the Suns, Frye averaged 11.1 points and 5.1 rebounds.
