Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents detain suspected child predator

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Border Patrol agents detained a man wanted on child pornography charges at a checkpoint on Thursday near Three Points. 

The Tucson Police Department asked Tucson Sector agents for assistance in locating a suspected child predator, according to border patrol officials.

Agents working at the State Route 286 checkpoint encountered and detained the man, who was later turned over to the TPD.
