TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Leading the pack for violations in this week's Restaurant Ratings Report was Empire Chinese Restaurant on Navarre Avenue with a whopping 18 violations. According to the Lucas County Health Department, the kitchen needs cleaned, raw meats were being stored above cooked food, food was stored at improper temperatures and egg rolls were stored in dirty containers.

It's a similar situation at Kentucky Fried Chicken on Conant Street in Maumee, where inspectors issued 9 violations for things like dirty equipment, build up in the walk in cooler and cole slaw being held at an improper temperature.

Molly's Diner on Laskey Road racked up 6 violations, including a dish machine not properly sanitizing dishes and dust buildup on prep top vents.

The health department did deliver some good news this week, though. The Subway at 1455 West Alexis Road passed inspection with flying colors.
