    The Tucson Police Department is asking for the public's help locating 17-year-old Anthony Garcia. The teen is described as Hispanic, 5'10" tall, weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Although he is in his late teens, according to the release, he has special needs and functions at a much younger age.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Crews are currently working to get the signal for KOLD, KMSB and KTTU back on the air.  Customers with antenna, Dish or Directv are not able to see any of our stations.  

Customers with Cox and Comcast are not affected by this technical difficulty.
