Dogs get jealous, too

It turns out that dogs get jealous, too.

That's the finding of a new study from the University of California, San Diego. Researchers there had owners play with an animatronics toy dog, children's book, and plastic jack-o-lantern, all while ignoring  their pets.

The dogs did not like it: Some of them got aggressive, pushing their owners while the owners played with the fake dog. Researchers think jealousy may have evolved in dogs because they've been domesticated for so long.
