TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Sean Miller added another big piece to his 2015 recruiting class on Sunday morning when five-star guard Allonzo Trier committed to Arizona.

Trier is one of the best scorers and shooters in the country, according to his ESPN profile. The 6-foot-4 guard held scholarship offers to a handful of reputable programs, including Georgetown, Indiana, Kansas, Washington and defending national champion Connecticut.

Trier joins fellow five-star talents Justin Simon and Ray Smith as the players currently committed to UA's 2015 class. 24/7 Sports currently ranks it as the best class in the country.

Four years ago, Trier was featured in an in-depth piece done by the New York Times.
