(CNN) - Former Taliban prisoner, U.S. Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, will be meeting with an Army investigator on Wednesday.
General Kenneth Dahl is leading the Army's investigation on Bergdahl's disappearance.
Sgt. Bergdahl disappeared while serving in Afghanistan in 2009. He spent five years in the hands of the Taliban before being returned in a prisoner swap in May 2014.
The Army says Bergdahl left his outpost deliberately, but has not said he deserted.
Bergdahl is currently working at the headquarters of the U.S. Army North in Texas.
