FERGUSON, MO (KMOV/CNN/RNN) – Protesters over the death of an unarmed teen turned violent in Ferguson, MO, just outside of St. Louis.
Officers in riot gear were called out after police say looters targeted a gas station and other nearby stores, including a Walmart and a local beauty supply store.
No injuries have been reported, but Ferguson's police chief says at least 20 cars were damaged by thrown objects.

Witnesses say the teen, Michael Brown was unarmed and surrendering with his hands in the air on Saturday when a police officer shot him several times, killing him.
