San Tan teen accused of multiple sexual crimes arraigned on 3rd indictment

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The Pinal County Attorney's Office filed a third indictment on Wednesday against a San Tan teen accused of alleged sexual crimes against 13 minors.

Tyler Kost, 18, was arraigned today on the third indictment in Pinal County.

According to a news release from the Pinal County Attorney's Office, Kost's next hearing will be a pretrial conference scheduled for Sept. 29.

A motion to change venue was also heard Wednesday and denied, the release said.

The 30 counts from the three indictments filed against Kost include:
  • 3 counts - Sexual Abuse with a Minor, under the age of 15
  • 7 counts - Sexual Conduct with a Minor, under the age of 15
  • 1 counts - Child molestation, a child under 15
  • 7 counts - Sexual Assault with a Minor, 15 or older
  • 7 counts - Sexual Abuse with a Minor, 15 or older
  • 3 counts - Sexual Conduct with a Minor, 15 or older
  • 1 count - Attempted Sexual Abuse, under the age of 15
  • 1 count – Attempted Child Molestation, under the age of 15
