YMCA fall programming expands to include fun new activities for both youths and adults.

The YMCA of Greenwich announced registration is now open for their fall exercise, aquatics, and healthy living programs. As the YMCA continues to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, they have added new courses to an already impressive schedule.
The YMCAs Fall 1 session runs from September 6 to November 7. The lineup offers dozens of programs in Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility with instruction in activities ranging from Tennis and Basketball to Karate and Dance. Additions to the fall schedule include:
A Zumbathon will take place on September 12th to kick off the new season with food/drink provided by Whole Foods. 50% of proceeds from the event will go to the Whole Kids Foundation to help fund school garden projects.
The YMCA aquatics program will also pick back up following an impressive summer for the Marlins swim team. This summer, the Greenwich branch sent 19 swimmers to the YMCA Long Course National Championships in Indianapolis, placing an impressive 18th out of 138 teams.
