The Pima County Sheriff's Department has new evidence on a couple caught in the act of a burglary.

According to PCSD the new evidence comes from a search of the alleged burglar's getaway vehicle.

The incident began on Monday, when PCSD deputies arrived at the scene of a burglary and caught the family allegedly in the act.  Inside the getaway vehicle was Shannon Spooner and next to her on the front seat was her one and a half year old son.

Deputies also arrested Spooner's boyfriend, Sonny Conrad and his 15-year-old son, as they were trying to get away.

Search warrants were served at the couple's home and for their getaway vehicle.  Investigators found inside the car several cell phones, gloves and a back pack among other items. While a search inside the couple's home, deputies found thousands of dollars in stolen property, mostly electronics, as well as ID cards and jewelry.

PCSD officials area saying the property comes from at least three different unsolved cases.
