    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The Pima County Sheriff's Department has new evidence on a couple caught in the act of a burglary. 

According to PCSD the new evidence comes from a search of the alleged burglar's getaway vehicle.  

The incident began on Monday, when PCSD deputies arrived at the scene of a burglary and caught the family allegedly in the act.  Inside the getaway vehicle was Shannon Spooner and next to her on the front seat was her one and a half year old son.  

Deputies also arrested Spooner's boyfriend, Sonny Conrad and his 15-year-old son, as they were trying to get away.  

Search warrants were served at the couple's home and for their getaway vehicle.  Investigators found inside the car several cell phones, gloves and a back pack among other items. While a search inside the couple's home, deputies found thousands of dollars in stolen property, mostly electronics, as well as ID cards and jewelry.  

PCSD officials area saying the property comes from at least three different unsolved cases.  

The couple is currently facing charges of burglary, possession of stolen property and child abuse for putting their child in harms way.

    A man who posed as a woman online to prey on a teen girl was sentenced Thursday. Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced 55-year-old Danny Lee Wallace was sentenced to 8 years in prison and lifetime probation.
