TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The Pima County Sheriff's Department is investigating a home invasion on Tucson's northeast side.

PCSD deputies are saying they were called to a home near Catalina Highway and Harrison around 5:30 a.m. on Monday, about a possible home invasion. A description of the suspect's vehicle was given to the deputies, said PCSD officials.

According to investigators one of the deputies spotted a vehicle similar in description to the suspect's and followed it.

As this was happening a tire on the vehicle blew out, but the suspect vehicle kept going.  Deputies later spotted the vehicle in a wash near Craycroft and River.

PCSD is currently investigating the two crime scenes and is looking for three suspects involved in this incident.

The suspects were described as three Hispanic men, wearing black clothing and bandanas covering their faces. Two were described as medium build and one as heavy set. One of the suspects was wearing body armor. All three were armed.
