Weekend Anchor Newsletter

Good Saturday evening! It's Colton Shone with your anchor newsletter.

We've got plenty of stories for you this evening.

It's Labor Day Weekend! That means there are many people out there celebrating this three-day weekend with a drink or two. That's why officials are out in full force with another DUI crackdown. Reporter Craig Reck tells you where DUI checkpoints will be set up this weekend.

Time is also running out to help Pima Animal Care Center reach their goal! The organization is vying for a $100,000 check. They have to adopt out as many dogs and cats as possible. Mauricio Marin will have the details.

It'll be a warm one tomorrow! First Alert Meteorologist Aaron Pickering will give you his seven day forecast. Hint: It'll be drier and a little warmer!

Please join Lydia Camarillo and me on FOX 11 News at 9 p.m. and KOLD News 13 Live at 10 p.m.!
