The Madeira man who allegedly shot at his wife at earlier this month was arrested again Saturday for violating a protection order, police say.
Blake Seylhourwer, who hosted a Sunday radio show on 55KRC, allegedly fired shots at his wife Misty in the driveway of their Windridge Court home on Aug. 12. He pleaded not guilty and was released on a $250,000 bond.
Seylhourwer was arrested Saturday for sending a text message to a protected person's cell phone on Thursday, according to police documents.
The Hamilton County Prosecutor indicted Seylhourwer on two counts of felonious assault and one count of domestic violence for the original incident.
Authorities say Seylhouwer's gunshot hit the ground, but bullet fragments reportedly struck Misty, causing injuries to her leg, chest, neck and head.
The couple have two children and Misty has since filed for divorce, according to court documents.
