    Police in Tucson released new details about a deadly shooting involving police officers on the south side of the city Friday night.. An update from Tucson Police Department Saturday afternoon identified the man who died as 34-year-old Joseph Zimmerman.

PROVENÇALE MUSSELS - Chef Marcus van Winden

Serves 2 | Prep Time ±10 min | Cook time ±3 min

Ingredients

1 lb Mussels, Cleaned

1 tsp Fresh Thyme, Chopped

1 Shallot, Minced

½ cup White Wine

1 oz Butter

½ cup Cream

Oil

Salt

Preparation

Heat pan with oil. When hot add mussels, toss.

Add shallots, thyme and toss. Add wine, butter and cream.

Bring to a boil and let the liquid reduce for a minute.

Season with salt as desired

Presentation

Place in a bowl and garnish with parsley and lemon

Serving tip:

Serve with Sourdough Bread or Garlic Bread
