TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Ingredients for salad - raw and cooked brussels, organic wild arugula, roasted yam, local dates, goat cheese, toasted walnuts, horseradish dressing

Recipe for Horseradish Dressing: (Makes 3 cups)

2 Cups blended oil
1/2 cup dijon mustard
5 oz drained horseradish
2 1/2 tbl red wine vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
Puree all together in a blender until smooth.
