    All of North America will be treated to an eclipse of the sun on Monday, August 21, 2017, NASA said. It is the first total solar eclipse to pass the entire continental United States since June 8, 1918.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The Pima Community College men's basketball team (11-3) claimed the Holiday Ball Out championship on Sunday after the Aztecs won their final two games on Sunday.

The Aztecs went 4-0 for the tournament and earned the No. 1 heading into the today's competition. They defeated Balboa Prep (CA) 74-66 in the championship game. Justice Martion finished the game with 19 points while Bryan Cervantes (Nogales HS) contributed with 17 points.

In the tournament semifinals, the Aztecs defeated South Shore Preparatory 132-80. Five players scored in double figures led by Martion, who finished with a double-double of 32 points and 15 rebounds. Cervantes scored 21 points while Matt O'Boyle (Sunrise Mountain HS) contributed with 18 points. Ezini Ugbisien (Palo Verde HS) finished with 17 points and Esteban Lopez (Cholla HS) had 14 points.

The Aztecs will get back to ACCAC Conference competition when they play at Arizona Western College on Wednesday, Jan. 7 at 5:30 p.m.
