    A sleepy Arizona town was shaken into a state of fear after two little girls vanished only to be found murdered. Their killer, The Phantom, taunted police. While the case was seemingly closed decades ago, there is a new chapter emerging.

    A sleepy Arizona town was shaken into a state of fear after two little girls vanished only to be found murdered. Their killer, The Phantom, taunted police. While the case was seemingly closed decades ago, there is a new chapter emerging.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson Police issued a warrant for the arrest of a suspect in the shooting death of a Tucson rap artist.

The suspect is the victim's brother, 22-year-old Elijah Kawon Muhammad Lee Mays, wanted for second degree murder, Tucson Police said.

The victim, Jeremy High, was shot at the Wilmot Vista Apartments on Jan. 15 in the 3200 block of S. Wilmot Road. He later died in the hospital.

Anyone with information about Elijah Mays is urged to call 911 or 88-CRIME.

    Four people were arrested and nearly $1.1 million in hard drugs were seized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Port of Nogales over the weekend, in three separate incidents.
