TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The 7th ranked Arizona Wildcats used a 14-2 run to end the first half and cruised after the break to a 73-50 win over California at Haas Pavilion in Berkeley.

Stanley Johnson led UA (18-2, 6-1) with 18 points.

Jordan Matthews and David Kravish paced the Golden Bears (11-9, 1-6) with 16 apiece.

Arizona shot 22-of-24 from the free throw line to remain tied for first place with Utah in the Pac-12 Conference.

The Wildcats return home to face the Oregon schools this week on a Wednesday-Friday schedule due to next weekend Super Bowl in Glendale
