TUCSON, Ariz. – ESPN's College GameDay Covered by State Farm will originate from McKale Center for a second time on Saturday, Feb. 21, prior to the Saturday Primetime presented by DIRECTV telecast featuring Arizona's game against UCLA at 7 p.m. MST.
GameDay's first hour begins at 8 a.m. MST on ESPNU and continues live on ESPN at 9 a.m. MST, and will also feature an evening edition at 4 p.m. MST leading into the first game of the Saturday night doubleheader. First-year College GameDay analysts Seth Greenberg and Jay Williams will join host Rece Davis and analyst Jay Bilas onsite. Dan Shulman, Bilas and reporter Shannon Spake will have the call of the game.
Arizona fans and students alike can be part of the College GameDay experience, as admission will be free for all Wildcat fans attending ESPN's signature college basketball pregame show.
Doors will open at 7:15 a.m. MST, and all fans are asked to enter through the Zona Zoo entrance on the west side of McKale Center. Seating for the event will be general admission, with sections 1-4 slated to be directly behind the College GameDay set.
Parking will be open in the Cherry Avenue Garage and surface lots around McKale Center until noon MST, when they will be cleared for permit parking for Saturday night's game.
Saturday will mark the second time ESPN's College GameDay has visited Tucson. Arizona has been part of the show as either host or visitor a Pac-12-best five times, including each of the last four years.
The Saturday Primetime presented by DIRECTV matchup between Arizona and UCLA will also feature ESPN3 Surround, which provides in-arena natural sound and views from above-the-rim cameras at each end of the floor.
