Homeless boxes hearing, downtown business closes

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Happy Sunday!  Here's what we're working on at Tucson News Now.

It's been blamed for safety and health risks, and in a couple days, we could see some major changes to the homeless camps in downtown Tucson.  The City of Tucson will be asking a federal judge to reconsider the ruling allowing the homeless boxes… should they stay or should they go?  Reporter Cynthia Washington is looking ahead to Tuesday's hearing.

With all the new development in downtown Tucson, visitors are surprised to see a new restaurant closing its doors.  Gio Taco is planted on a busy corner on Congress among other new restaurants and bars.  We'll tell you what's going on with it now.
