Prime Beef - Bob's Steak and Chop

Ingredients:

· Beef

· Salt

· Pepper

· Olive Oil

Season Beef liberally and allow to rest 3 minutes. Heat sauté pan or grill and cook steak to desired temperature over medium high heat. Allow beef to rest for 5 minutes prior to slicing (reduces the bleeding out on your plate)
