TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The basketball player considered to be the most coveted on this off-season's graduate-transfer list says he's considering the Wildcats.
Damion Lee, who has played parts of three seasons at Drexel University in Philadelphia, says he will seek a new school for his final year of eligibility.
Lee, a 6'6 swingman who averaged 21 points a game last season for the Dragons, narrowed his list Sunday to Arizona, Louisville, Marquette, Maryland and Gonzaga.
His first two visits will be to Tucson this coming weekend followed by Louisville.
Lee as a graduate-transfer can go to the school of his choice and play immediately for one season.
The last graduate-transfer at UA was point guard Mark Lyons (Xavier) who helped lead the Wildcats to the Sweet 16 in 2013.
