TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Here is a neat link to show you how low or high the lake levels are out west. You can click on any of the circles (lakes) and it tells the capacity the reservoir is currently at, the average level and a historical chart.

Notice how many more red circles there are compared to the green circles. Red in this case means low water levels.

    Two years have passed since 19 Hotshot firefighters lost their lives while battling the Yarnell Hill Fire. Donations began pouring in shortly after the tragedy from all over the world. However, it did attract some fraud and other charities willing to use the tragedy to raise funds for other needs.

    A new wildfire is burning across 250 acres of grasslands north of Flagstaff. Coconino National Forest (CNF) officials say the Kendrick fire is spreading across an area 15 miles north of Flagstaff.

    To sum it up: WOW! A sprite is a type of lightning that stretches up into space, rather than down to the ground. The flashes can extend 50 miles above a thunderstorm. Normally, you would have to fly above a storm to see this rare phenomenon.
