Libraries to close Sundays, Memorial for HIV awareness

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Happy Sunday! Here's what we're working on at Tucson News Now…

This is the last Sunday many Pima County libraries will be open because of understaffing. Cynthia Washington is talking to families who use the libraries on weekends to see how this will change their plans as the county is working to balance budget issues.

Craig Reck will be attending the International AIDS Candlelight Memorial for HIV awareness. The event began in 1983 and is recognized in 115 countries. We'll talk a look at the event's impact locally.

Out on a Sunday? Show us what you see by sending your pictures to our See It, Snap It, Send It page on TucsonNewsNow.com. Check it out here.

We'll see you on KOLD News 13 Live at 5:30!
