Romero Road closes for sewer repair

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A portion of Romero Road will shut down in the Flowing Wells area this week for emergency sewer repair.

Drivers can expect lane closures and slower speeds on Romero Road between Wetmore Road and Roger Road. Romero Road will also close between Root Lane and Gardener Lane.

Travelers can use Flowing Wells Road as an alternate to avoid this construction. Residents in the area should have access to their homes while this work takes place.

This project should wrap up after Thursday, June 18.
