TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - What would you do if you were offered money, with no strings attached?

A social experiment, conducted at Los Angeles' Union Station did just that. A group called The Toolbox put dollar bills on a board with a sign simply stating 'Give what you can, take what you need.'

The video clip showed that some gave more than others took, and those who gave did it with a smile.

Check it out for yourself. And then ask "What would I have done?"

A sleepy Arizona town was shaken into a state of fear after two little girls vanished only to be found murdered. Their killer, The Phantom, taunted police. While the case was seemingly closed decades ago, there is a new chapter emerging.
