When you sign a new deal worth $40 million dollars, you can cut your hair however you'd like. Which is exactly what Iman Shumpert did. 

Two days after agreeing to a four year extension with the Cavaliers, Shumpert was spotted rocking this tied dread lock look instead of his trademark flat top.

When asked why he decided to make the change, he told a TMZ camera man, "I just didn't feel like doing my hair." Fair enough.
