Suns announce 2015 Summer League Roster

            PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns begin two-a-day workouts in Phoenix today, July 7, in preparation for NBA Summer League 2015 in Las Vegas, Nev., from July 10-20. The 12-man roster is highlighted by the team’s 2015 first-round pick Devin Booker, along with Suns players Alex Len, T.J. Warren, Archie Goodwin and Jerel McNeal. Phoenix Suns Assistant Coach/Player Development Coordinator Nate Bjorkgren will serve as head coach of the summer league team.

The Suns tip off their summer league schedule against the Washington Wizards on Saturday, July 11, at 3 p.m. at Cox Pavilion and are also scheduled to face the Houston Rockets on Sunday, July 12 (1:30 p.m. at Thomas & Mack Center) and the Utah Jazz on Tuesday, July 14 (4:30 p.m. at Thomas & Mack Center). Following these three contests, the Suns will play at least two more games as part of a tournament-style schedule to determine the NBA Summer League 2015 Champion.

Prior to their departure to Las Vegas, the Suns will hold six practice sessions from July 7-9 on the Annexus Practice Court at US Airways Center. Media availability will take place following the conclusion of each morning session, at approximately noon on Tuesday and Wednesday and 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.

            The Suns’ 12-man roster, practice schedule and summer league schedule are listed below, and attached is a PDF containing bios of those on the Suns’ summer league roster. Justin Harper is playing for the Detroit Pistons at Orlando Summer League and will join the Suns in Las Vegas.
