TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - For the fifth straight year, Zanes Law will make things a little easier for hundreds of Tucson teachers.
The law firm said it will hand out classroom supplies to 400 teachers Saturday during its fifth annual School Supply Giveaway.
"We hope to alleviate the burden associated with budget cuts and extra expenses so educators can focus on what they do best -- teaching," Zanes Law owner Doug Zanes said in a news release.
Some of the supplies include markers, glue, crayons, paper and cleaning supplies.
According to the firm's website, the application period has ended and all 400 spots have been filled. Teachers may still apply to be put on a wait list.
Zanes Law and the American Red Cross will host a blood drive during the event.
